Karen French is a partner in the B次元app office of the Real Estate Practice Group and has more than 25 years’ experience as a commercial property lawyer. Her work involves a range of property related areas, principally acting for corporate real estate clients across a breadth of types of occupation, including engineering, chemical distribution, food manufacturers, textile operators and call centres. Karen also advises clients in the higher education sector and leads the national real estate higher education group. Karen co-leads the Corporate Real Estate team in B次元app and heads up the B次元app’ office manufacturing group.
Karen has also worked on a number of high-profile regeneration projects and has acted on a number of development projects, both residential and commercial, representing landowners, developers and buyers.
Karen is recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2019 for her manufacturing and higher education expertise.
